hotph ("hotph," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the personal information of all players who use the hotph platform at hotph.app. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes what personal data we collect from Filipino players, how we use it, who we may share it with, and the rights you have over your own information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations.
By registering an account on hotph or by continuing to use the hotph Platform after this Policy has been made available to you, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not use the hotph Platform.
This Policy applies to all personal information processed by hotph in connection with the operation of hotph.app, including information collected via our website, account registration process, payment channels, customer support interactions, and any promotional activities we conduct for the Philippine market.

Name, date of birth, mobile number, government ID details, device information, transaction history, and gameplay data. We collect only what is necessary to operate the hotph platform and comply with Philippine regulatory requirements.
To operate your hotph account, process GCash and Maya transactions, verify your identity for KYC compliance, detect fraud, personalise your gaming experience, and comply with PAGCOR reporting obligations.
Payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO), identity verification providers, fraud prevention services, and PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

1.2 hotph has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required under RA 10173 for Philippine operations. The DPO is responsible for overseeing hotph's data protection compliance and is the primary point of contact for the National Privacy Commission (NPC) on privacy-related matters.
2.1 Registration Data: When you create a hotph account, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a chosen password. This information is required to create and secure your account.
2.2 KYC and Identity Verification Data: To comply with anti-money laundering regulations applicable under the Philippine context and PAGCOR's KYC requirements, hotph collects copies of government-issued identification documents. Accepted documents include Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, and PhilHealth ID. We may also collect a selfie or liveness verification image for identity matching purposes.
2.3 Financial Transaction Data: hotph records all deposit and withdrawal transactions, including amounts in Philippine Pesos (PHP), payment method identifiers (e.g., GCash mobile number, bank account last four digits), transaction timestamps, and transaction reference numbers. We do not store complete bank account numbers or full e-wallet credentials.
2.4 Gaming Activity Data: We maintain records of game sessions, bet amounts, outcomes, game types played (slots, bingo, live casino, Circle, Big Hammer), and session durations. This data is used for account management, responsible gaming monitoring, and dispute resolution.
2.5 Technical and Device Data: When you access hotph, we automatically collect IP address, device type and operating system, browser type and version, referring URL, and session timestamps. This data is collected for security, fraud prevention, and platform optimisation purposes.

These measures include: SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and hotph.app; AES-256 encryption for sensitive data stored at rest; role-based access controls restricting internal access to personal data to staff who need it to perform their functions; and regular security testing of the hotph platform.
7.2 In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to the rights and freedoms of hotph players, hotph will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their personal data rights.
7.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own hotph account credentials. Do not share your password or OTP codes with anyone. hotph will never ask for your password via support channels.

9.2 You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of your hotph account — in particular, disabling session cookies will prevent you from remaining logged in to hotph. Strictly necessary cookies (those required for account security and login functionality) cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to use the Platform.

10.1 hotph is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above as required under PAGCOR's regulatory framework for Philippine online gaming. hotph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
10.2 Age is verified during the registration process. Where hotph discovers that personal data has been collected from a player who is under 21, we will immediately close the account, delete the personal data to the extent permitted by legal retention obligations, and return any deposited funds to the originating payment source.
10.3 If you believe a minor has registered on hotph or that personal data of a minor is being processed by hotph, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 12.
11.1 hotph reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, changes in Philippine data protection law, or changes in our services. When material changes are made, hotph will publish a revised version on hotph.app/privacy-policy with an updated "Last Updated" date, and may notify you via your registered mobile number or in-platform notification.
11.2 Your continued use of the hotph Platform after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. If you object to any revision, you may close your hotph account in accordance with the procedure described in our Terms & Conditions.
