These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and hotph ("hotph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at hotph.app. These Terms govern your access to and use of the hotph website, mobile interface, games, payment processing, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
hotph operates within the regulatory context established by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) for online gaming in the Philippines. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game on hotph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the hotph Platform.
These Terms are written in English, which is the authoritative language of this agreement for purposes of the Philippine market. Tagalog summaries or support communications do not override or modify the English text of these Terms.

Each hotph player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and balances may be forfeited. KYC verification is required for withdrawals.
hotph accepts PHP deposits via GCash, Maya, major Philippine bank transfers, and select crypto channels. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the payment page.
All bonuses on hotph carry wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable requirement is stated on each promotion page. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will void the bonus.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of system errors, and money laundering are strictly prohibited on hotph. Violations result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.
hotph processes GCash and Maya withdrawals within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers are processed within 1–3 business hours during standard banking hours in the Philippines.

1.1 To register and maintain an account on hotph, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play; (c) be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you; (d) not be a self-excluded individual under any Philippine gambling self-exclusion programme; and (e) not be an employee, officer, director, or family member of a hotph employee.
1.2 By registering a hotph account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and identification documents — is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
1.3 Each individual may hold only one (1) hotph account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") will be merged or permanently closed at hotph's discretion. Winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
1.4 hotph reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Accepted KYC documents include: Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, and PhilHealth ID. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
2.1 You agree to use the hotph Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
2.2 hotph monitors player activity for compliance with these Terms. Suspected violations will be investigated and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.
3.1 hotph accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and select cryptocurrency channels including USDT TRC20 and Coins.ph. Deposit method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 All deposits to hotph are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the deposit page of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted based on your account tier, KYC status, or ongoing promotions.
3.3 hotph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for a deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits received from unidentified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
3.4 Deposits to hotph are generally credited immediately upon confirmed receipt. Processing times for bank transfers may vary depending on your financial institution and the time of day. hotph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or network outages.
4.1 Withdrawal requests on hotph are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. If the original method is unavailable, hotph may process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method upon your written request.
4.2 hotph targets the following processing times under normal operating conditions: GCash and Maya — within 10 minutes; Philippine bank transfers — within 1–3 business hours. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees. hotph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.
4.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts are published on the hotph withdrawal page. No maximum withdrawal limit is imposed on fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts for standard balance withdrawals. Bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before becoming withdrawable.
4.4 hotph reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, terms violation, or money laundering. In such cases, hotph will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond.
5.1 hotph offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum win caps. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to a hotph account carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirement amounts and eligible games are detailed on each promotion page.
5.3 hotph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a promotion has commenced, where there is evidence of abuse, system error, or fraud. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be void and any related winnings forfeited.
5.4 Players may not hold multiple welcome bonuses simultaneously. Once a welcome bonus is claimed on a hotph account, it is not available again to the same player, regardless of whether the bonus was fully utilised.
6.1 All games on hotph use either certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer studio dealing. Game outcomes are determined independently of bet history, account status, balance, or any prior result. Each game round is a statistically independent event.
6.2 The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all hotph slot games are published on the respective game information pages. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
6.3 In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round on hotph, the outcome of that round will be determined based on the game server record at the time of disconnection. hotph is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection failure.
6.4 hotph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error has materially affected the game outcome. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's hotph wallet balance.

7.2 Once a self-exclusion is activated on hotph, the excluded player must not attempt to circumvent this restriction by registering new accounts, using alternative identities, or accessing the Platform through any means. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

8.1 All content on the hotph Platform — including but not limited to the hotph name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of hotph or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hotph Platform for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, modification, or creation of derivative works from any hotph content without express written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, hotph's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9.2 hotph is not liable for: (a) loss of profits or winnings; (b) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform; (d) losses caused by third-party payment processor failures; or (e) losses resulting from events outside hotph's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures.
9.3 The hotph Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. hotph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10.1 hotph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; chargebacks or payment disputes; or failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
10.2 Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, hotph may forfeit any balance, bonuses, and pending withdrawals. In cases where account closure is not related to player misconduct, the verified balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
10.3 You may close your hotph account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending KYC verification or active wagering requirement completion may delay final balance release.
11.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of hotph that cannot be resolved through hotph's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
11.2 Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to submit any dispute to hotph's internal complaints process by contacting support. hotph will endeavour to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.
12.1 hotph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, hotph will provide notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered with your account. Continued use of hotph following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 The most current version of these Terms is always available on the hotph Terms & Conditions page at hotph.app/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
12.3 If you object to any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the hotph Platform and may close your account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 10.3.
